Federico I Pacquing, Jr. – Director
Federico Pacquing, Jr. is a former U.S. Air Force Special Operations officer, tech entrepreneur, and humanitarian whose life has spanned both extraordinary privilege and profound hardship—from briefing presidents and managing global finance to surviving homelessness on the streets of Venice Beach. As Chairman of Pacquing Financial and Managing Director of SEEDCITIES, he channels his experience in government, finance, and technology into building global solutions for those society often overlooks. A man of deep faith, Federico believes he has been called to “give hope to the hopeless,” dedicating his mission to supporting trauma survivors—including foster youth, victims of human trafficking, the global poor, and veterans with PTSD. At The Waiting Room, he brings a lifetime of conviction that “he can do all things through Christ who gives him strength.”     Learn more about Federico here.
